Kellyann Kosma, DNP, MSN, NP-C, is a board certified nurse practitioner at CPM. Kellyann is responsible for helping to create a compassionate environment that promotes innovative patient care delivery. She joined the practice in 2013.
She has accrued years of experience in both chronic pain, critical care, with extensive experience and expertise in treating patients with chronic pain. She began her career at The Hospital of Central Connecticut New Britain campus, where she she worked on the cardiac telemetry and the intensive care units. She also worked on the STAR team at Hartford Hospital, where she joined the emergency department, orthopedics and cardiac telemetry units.
Graduating with high honors from Quinnipiac University, Kellyann was the recipient of the Trewin award for academic achievement. She completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Chamberlain College of Nursing, where her studies focused on chronic pain and depression management.
Kellyann works closely with Dr. Grahling and Mr. Putnam in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pain conditions. She joined Dr. Grahling as a member of the Connecticut State Pain Society, and is also a member of several societies including the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, CT Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
