Customized Care to Meet Each Patient's Needs

Scheduling an Appointment

Please contact the center directly at 860-793-0500 to make an appointment. If you would like to be contacted by our office, please complete the Contact Us Form.

After your submission has been reviewed you will be contacted by one of our staff within two business days to schedule your office visit. In most cases, the first visit will take about 40-45 minutes and will be an evaluation, not a procedure. We pride ourselves in getting new patients scheduled for their first visit very quickly.

To help us provide you with the best of care, please bring printed patient forms, and recent MRI reports and MRI films if available. Additionally, we ask that you bring an updated list of medications that you are currently taking. If you have been treated by a pain management physician previously, please attempt to bring any medical records from those treatments to your appointment.

Any faxed records should be sent to 860-793-1116. After your visit, Dr. Grahling will promptly return a dictated letter to your doctors.
